Third-Party Complaints, Investigations, and Assessments
EEOC charges, Department of Labor, Unemployment Claims, and other state-level agency claims.
Workplace investigations are conducted to investigate allegations of misconduct brought forward by an employee, customer, vendor, or applicant. These can include complaints of alleged discrimination, harassment, bullying, retaliation, violence, or violations of company policies. (Select the link to view our Investigation Process).
Workplace assessments provide business owners, leaders, and/or managers with information regarding the "heartbeat" of their organization. That is, the candid views, attitudes, sentiments, and thoughts of their workforce regarding the organization. This feedback is necessary, as it enables leaders to make critical decisions to continue driving the business forward, while mitigating any potential risk, retaining skilled workers, and satisfying customer needs.
